Return & Exchange

Items purchased from our website are eligible for free return/exchange, if returned within 10 days of delivery. 

For Prepaid Orders - The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)

For Cash on Delivery Orders - The amount is refunded as SF Gift card which you can use for your future orders.

Please make sure the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return request, a pick up executive will arrive at your doorstep in 1-2 business days.

When the return items reach our warehouse, a quality check is done and the return is accepted post which we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.
