Shipping & Delivery Policy
Star Fox Fashion is currently shipping all over India. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products as soon as possible.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
- Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 3 working days of the date of your order.
- Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
- Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- Please note that online payments don’t require any additional delivery charges.
- The shipping tracker is accurate in most situations. We would still like to point out that it is an indicative estimate.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you receive our email with your package tracking details.
- We try our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Our usual dispatch time is within 3 business days and our usual delivery time is 1-7 business days. Most often, your package will take 4-8 business days to reach your doorsteps.
- The delivery of products is purely dependent on your location and the distance. We are not responsible for any delays by the courier companies. However, we would of course help you in assistance in such cases and help you track your package.
*** Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment: All orders are processed within 1-10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or telephone.
