Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy
- Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them.
- We cannot accept returns under the following instances: Damages due to misuse of product, missing serial or MRP tags or labels.
- After inspection, we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 2 working days after we receive the shipment.
- Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment.
- Star Fox offers a ‘10 day ’ return policy.For COD orders a coupon code will be provided within 4-5 working days after we receive the shipment to the registered email address or contact number.
